Background questions for information review

Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country? Have you ever committed, been arrested for, been charged with, or been convicted of any criminal offence? Have you or a close family member ever had tuberculosis, or been in close contact with someone with tuberculosis? Do you have a serious health condition for which you receive regular or ongoing medical treatment? Do you need urgent processing because you are travelling soon?
