Terms of Service
These Terms apply when you browse this website or use the Canada eTA preparation, application review coordination, submission support, payment, and application update services offered through the site.
1. Who We Are
eTA Review Assistance Centre is a private, independently operated service. We are not a Canadian ministry, embassy, consulate, visa office, or official government channel. We help travellers prepare Canada eTA information, provide information review and submission support, and support submission using the information provided by the applicant or authorized representative.
Using our Service is optional. Travellers may choose to apply directly through the official Government of Canada process without using our paid support.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using the website, submitting an intake form, placing an order, or continuing to payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Eligibility and Authority
Orders may be placed only by individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you submit information for a child, partner, family member, employee, client, or any other person, you confirm that you have authority or legal standing to act for that person and to provide their information.
4. Your Information and Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that every answer, passport detail, contact detail, background answer, and declaration is current, complete, truthful, and consistent. We and any reviewing team members work from the information you provide.
Inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or fraudulent information can lead to delay, refusal, cancellation, inadmissibility findings, loss of travel plans, or being prevented from entering Canada. Those outcomes are outside our control.
5. Scope of the Service
The Service may include intake collection, completeness checks, consistency review, application review coordination, payment processing, preparation for submission, submission support, and email updates. The Service does not guarantee that an eTA will be approved or that a traveller will be admitted to Canada.
Final decisions are made only by the relevant Canadian authorities. Border officers may make separate decisions at the time of travel.
6. Pricing and Payment
- The amount shown at checkout is the total fee you pay us for the selected order, unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
- Charges are listed in Canadian dollars unless the checkout page states another currency.
- By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method immediately.
- If a pricing or configuration error appears, we may correct it and contact you before processing the affected order.
7. Processing Times
Any processing times shown on the website are target windows only. Actual timing can vary depending on applicant responsiveness, review availability, payment confirmation, third-party systems, and the response time of immigration authorities. We do not guarantee a specific decision or delivery time.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted that policy.
9. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you must not:
- Provide fabricated, misleading, incomplete, stolen, or unauthorized information.
- Use the Service for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to access, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure, accounts, or security controls.
- Resell, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.
10. Intellectual Property
The website content, layout, branding, code, forms, and other materials are owned by us or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, alter, scrape, or reuse any part of the Service except for your personal use of the Service or with our written permission.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, email services, analytics providers, and official government websites. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, or availability.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or travel-related losses, including missed flights, refused boarding, refused entry, lost bookings, or related disruption. If we are found liable for a claim connected to an order, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific order.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, unauthorized submission for another person, or inaccurate or unlawful information you provide.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continuing to use the Service after an update is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law requires another forum.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the support or contact options provided on this website.
